Position Title: Loss Prevention Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 / year

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Eligible up to 10%

Location: Carrollton, TX

Travel: Must be able to travel (approx. 40%), day trips and overnight

Job Summary

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead the administration of the Loss Prevention program and training for the Southwest Division to reduce loss, drive sales, and a shrink-focused culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in leading the Loss Prevention program, to include leading of our third-party vendor Panoptyc.

· Support the Southwest on maintaining relationships with loss prevention branch managers.

· Analyze and review shrink trends and patterns of data. Partnership with division to reduce lost profit and improve operational efficiencies.

· Internal systems review to include One Market and any other reporting system as applicable.

· Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and misappropriation to include video analysis.

· Coach, train, and influence unit management and associates on loss prevention strategies and standard process execution to minimize operational shortages.

Qualifications:

·Loss Prevention experience a plus.

· A minimum of at least two years’ experience in a large retail setting, preferably in a large geographic territory.

· Advanced MS Office skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Experience in driving successful strategic projects.

· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to navigate loss prevention related conversations with internal and external clients.

· Experience leading multifaceted programs preferred.

· Must be able to travel (approx. 40%), day trips and overnight.
