Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Use SAP and data provided from Xtrack to identify and research potential payment concerns

• Communicate with vendors on duplicate or incorrect vendor payment issues (both written and oral)

• Process invoices and credit memos in SAP

• Process reversing entries in SAP when necessary

• Prepare analysis of vendor accounts when necessary

• Procedure documentation and compliance

• Prepare reconciliations where necessary

Internal Customers:

• Field Accounting

• Corporate Accounting

• Bank Rec.

• Foodbuy

• Vendor Maintenance

Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree in accounting preferred but not required

Experience: 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word skills required

• Detail oriented

• Work well in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• SAP experience is desired

• Self-starter a must!

• Positive attitude
