Job Summary

Junior-level GRC Analyst that assists with all facets of the Cybersecurity GRC function, including: Security Awareness, Third Party Risk Management, PCI Compliance, Audit, and GRC Tool Management. This is an entry-level role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma. Background or experience that includes Information Technology, Information Security, or Risk Management is a plus. Bachelors degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Execute tasks associated with:

• Security Awareness Program

• Creative content for newsletters

• Phishing simulation setup, execution, and reporting

• Annual training content management

Third Party Risk Management:

• Review and analyze incoming security questionnaires

• Follow up with business stakeholders

• Advise procurement function

• Initiate vendor re-assessments.

PCI Compliance:

• Review firewall change requests.

• Respond to AOC requests.

IT Audit:

• Assist with collection of audit artifacts

• Assist control owners with interpretation of control objectives

• Work with internal & external auditors to deliver materials requested

GRC Tool Management:

• Provide platform support to internal customers

• Identify and recommend configuration changes and enhancements

• Manage data quality
