Job Summary

** Seeking a Registered Dietitian experienced in patient meal ordering software to drive innovation.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be a collaborative partner who will serve as the primary liaison between Healthcare Digital (HD) and key stakeholders within Food & Nutrition businesses and application development teams.

A successful candidate will be the primary business partner working with internal and external development teams to deliver solutions including providing feature requirements and prioritization. In this role you will partner with Design Leaders and Development Managers to hold the team accountable for delivering on the needs of the business. The Product Manager for Food & Nutrition Services owns the product ecosystem, including, but not limited to, roadmap development, product strategy, requirements gathering, business case development, pilot launches, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing product support and commercialization.

The position will report to the Senior Director of Product Management, Healthcare Digital.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & Maintain Product Roadmaps

  • Build internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the product portfolio.

  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.

  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

  • Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to the product, including product roadmap documentation.

  • Partner with cross-functionally to ensure successful launch and support go-to-market commercialization activities.

  • Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

  • Answer incoming questions about the product(s) and its capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial problem-solver with strong sense of curiosity and creativity.

  • Registered Dietitian with experience with patient meal ordering software (required).

  • Healthcare industry experience (required).

  • Minimum 7+ years related experience in the digital, technology, and/or product management space.

  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale software platforms.

  • Experience building strong product management teams fostering growth and independence.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and stage gate development principles.

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree is strongly preferred.

  • Travel as business requires (less than 25%).
