Job Summary

The Key IT Controls and Data Protection Analyst will support the CISO Office in delivering the scope of this program across multiple work streams that include Front of House and Back of House capabilities for North America.

This role reports to the Senior Director Key IT Controls Program Manager of Compass Group North America. This role interacts with Line of Business SME’s on a regular basis so communication skills and experience in managing complex programs is essential.

Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting a multiyear program to:

? Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security, data privacy and IT controls program

? Assist in recommending sustainable processes to manage IT and data protection risk and controls for North America in a decentralized organization

? Implement a consistent reporting methodology aligned to Group/ Global oversight programs with a structure cadence and schedule

? Gather Group/Global defined Operationalize metrics for multifactor authentication, patching, anti-malware, etc. across North America

? Facilitate and formalize Key IT Controls evidence gathering

? Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems, and services

? Partner with leadership to raise awareness of risk management concerns

? Coordinate planned audits, handle risk exceptions and ad hoc requests

? Support a cyber security outreach and engagement program to improve understanding and alignment in the business regarding cyber security issues

? Through this process the team will partner with business and IT leaders to develop plans and processes to manage and execute with discipline. This will also include defining the key roles to drive program/project success, practices to keep all stakeholders informed and deliver on time and on budget with high quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with global information security programs and applying information security, risk management and privacy practices.

  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience supporting enterprise information technology security

  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud solutions and IT/security technologies

  • Experience with IT auditing, risk analysis, business system resumption planning, and/or contingency planning.

  • Risk management experience as it relates to information security.

  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and allocation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting to executives and leadership teams with the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong business analysis skills, problem solving techniques, and follow-up.

  • A driver and implementer who possesses the poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.

  • Experience working with global teams based in Canada, Europe, Asia, and the United States.
