Job Summary
The position will be part of the Company’s Legal Operations Team and will report to the Director of Legal Operations. As a Legal Operations Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM"), you will be key in creating processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness and facilitate change with the Company’s CLM. This role will also include managing and supporting other projects across the full range of subject matter supported by the Legal team. You must be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and must be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Company’s Strategic Projects team.
Collaborate with various levels of leadership/stakeholders to influence scope, lead key initiatives, and provoke engagement to enhance daily legal resources and operations
Coordinate efforts across teams to plan, execute, review, and provide ongoing support to department objectives and priorities
Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results
Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the Legal department that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses
Work with Legal team to help pinpoint limitations and evaluate business process improvement mechanisms
Legal analytics: matter forecasting, process improvement, comparative costs, billing optimization, resource management, financial operations
Provide project management to various legal team initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience with legal experience in an in-house corporate setting
Experience with rolling out and implementing legal compliance initiatives, including developing playbooks, communication methodology and conducting trainings
Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce meaningful results
Experience in developing, implementing, and using Legal department technology solutions

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
