Job Summary

Envision is a corporate division of Compass Group that provides subject matter expertise and functional support for all Compass Group operating sectors with a focus on growth, innovation and performance with purpose. Through development of retail, sustainability, wellness, experiential space design and strategic partnerships, we balance the achievement of commercial results with doing the right thing for people and planet.

The Envision Marketing & Creative Team provides support & services for our internal teams, sectors and external customers on management, marketing & creative direction for: Video & Photography, Sales Support, Account refreshes, Event & Trade Show Design

Marketing Campaigns, Publication Design, Brand & Logo Design, Environmental Graphics, Label Solutions, Social Media, Stop Motion, Animation, Print Resources, Illustration, Design Elements for App.

As part of Envision’s Strategic Development team, your role is an integral one. You will be working beside and supporting the Creative Marketing team on the day to day as well as supporting the SVP of Strategic Development in key projects, events, initiatives and other programming targeted to meet our team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Main editor of the MyCompass Intranet (the Envision sub-site) that houses and communicates all tools and resources available for operators across Compass.

• Track departmental income & expenses, generate written quotes and invoices to stakeholders and submit monthly charges to accounting.

• Assist with managing the team’s production schedule on a daily basis and manage specific project timelines.

• Assist with writing, proofreading & editing marketing and communications content for various projects.

• Support the SVP of Strategic Development and our Creative Team in event planning & coordination (Annual Summits, Compass Community Council Meetings)

• Co-manage the Envision mailbox, respond to requests and direct e-mails to team members.

• Assist with all marketing, events and promotional activities as needed.

• Assist with creating presentations and collecting support assets as needed.

• Communicate with outside partners, vendors, printers and colleagues as necessary

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field of study.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Canva to create presentations and short videos is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Experience with marketing, communication and social media if preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated and well-disciplined.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move multiple projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
