You consider yourself on a CFO career track. *Responsibilities:* • Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management. • Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. • Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. • Other finance and administrative duties as required. • Work directly with SVP Global Strategy Operations • Maintain strong focus on Corporate Governance and compliance • Evaluate new business and acquisition proposals • Develop relationships with key financial and operational leaders across multiple sectors and business verticals • Continually challenge the status quo and look to provide added value *Qualifications:* • 7-10 plus years of managerial accounting and financial management experience. • Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required. MBA and/or CPA (or equivalent accounting certification) strongly preferred • Prior experience as senior financial leader within similar industry for multi-site business with revenue in excess of $200 million • Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time. • Merger and acquisition experience and new business contract experience. • Travel throughout the US required up to 50% Apply to Compass Group today!
