Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to join our American Airlines corporate support team. The primary purpose of the Beverage Manager is to direct and organize the activities of the account's Beverage department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, marketing efforts, and profitability. Please note - this role is REMOTE based but demands the ability to travel (10% on site, at DFW airport; 10% to other hub locations). Our ideal candidate will be located in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead the charge in beverage operations for our entire American Airlines lounge portfolio. They will partner closely with senior culinary leadership and our external food & beverage vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of all beverage marketing promotions. Our Beverage Manager will create cocktail promotional campaigns in partnership with key vendors. They will work closely with all lounge General Managers and Regional District Managers to implement impactful beverage programs.

  • Planning and implementing all wine, beer and liquor programs in conjunction with the client and in accordance with Eurest and client standards.

  • Developing and maintaining exceptional external beverage vendor relationships

  • Increases revenues via the production and implementation of creative promotional beverage marketing programs, to include upselling options.

  • Develop, plan and execute all food and beverage marketing plans in alignment with the Director of Culinary and client expectations. Ownership of yearly marketing plans for American Airlines lounges food & beverage programs.

Key Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success running beverage operations and programs, including impactful marketing experience & oversight

  • Beverage promotion and campaign experience. You've owned vendor partnerships and have success stories to share!

  • Beverage industry background knowledge and experience is an absolute must - knowledgeable on food & wine pairings and relevant culinary industry trends

  • Demonstrated previous success in a similar role with relevant oversight, implementation, and beverage marketing experience role with oversight, implementation, and marketing experience

  • Cocktail development and culinary acumen
