Job Summary

As a Premium Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team members in executing The Levy Difference regarding our suites/premium services. From hiring, training, and developing team members to ensuring that all costs are met and quality show standards are maintained at all times, you will be representing Levy and communicating our philosophies and culture to all that you come in contact with.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the catering hourly team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized catering experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with Levy show quality standards in all catering events, maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness.

  • Make decisions regarding labor allocation, scheduling, and budgets to optimize efficiency and control costs while meeting client expectations.

  • Collaborate with other departments and teams as necessary to coordinate logistics and resources for catering events.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies and ingredients for catering operations.

  • Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic catering environment.

  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • tay informed about industry trends and best practices in catering services, participating in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.

  • Previous experience in catering operations or hospitality management, with a focus on client relations and event planning.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and catering management software.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by catering event schedules.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations.

  • Commitment to upholding Levy's values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork.

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs

  • Frequent ascending/descending stairs

  • Frequent standing and walking, some sedentary office work
