Job Summary

Working as the Sous Chef at a premier corporate office location in Hudson Yards, you will be responsible for supporting the successful operations of culinary services including a food hall and catering services. Shifts are Monday through Friday daytime and some evenings- No holidays or weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create unforgettable culinary experiences for our clients and guests

  • Support costs and controls expenditures for the account

  • Plans and creates menus

  • Menu creation and execution for catered events

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or luxury F&B.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

  • Outstanding hospitality skills

  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable.
