  • The Activation Project Specialist | Image + Style for Bon Appétit Management Company is responsible for collaborating on, supporting, and fulfilling field requests for activation, digital content updates and communication, and first level troubleshooting of field tech problems. The Activation Project Specialist will support a critical support tool for operators – the Bon Appétit Help Desk. Treating their coworkers like customers, the team member will gracefully navigate field requests for content updates, collateral development, and troubleshooting requests, responding in a timely manner, leading with hospitality, requesting additional pertinent information/clarification, communicating clearly, and completing the project/request as efficiently and effectively as possible.

  • The Activation Project Specialist will play an integral role on the Image + Style team helping to support the crafting & implementation of customer experience initiatives that support overall strategic priorities, drive customer satisfaction, increase brand visibility and awareness, contribute to increased participation and revenues, and provide education and insight to the delight of our guests and clients. This position will work continually to elevate the services of the Bon Appétit Help Desk, creatively evolving this important tool to work for all parties involved.

  • Their goal is to ensure that the objectives of each project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through others.

  • Requirement: Time management, multitasking, interpersonal, and strong writing skills. The ideal candidate is organized, task-oriented, detail-oriented, and process-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary: $67,000-70,000

Job Summary

Summary: The Activation Project Specialist | Image + Style for Bon Appétit Management Company is responsible for collaborating on, supporting, and fulfilling field requests for activation, digital content updates and communication, and first level troubleshooting of field tech problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all field support requests (tickets) for activation, implementation, content updates for digital business tools (ie. Cafebonappetit.com, digital signage, etc.) and needed print pieces through the Bon Appétit Help Desk.

  • Handle routine cafebonappetit.com, digital signage, and café manager troubleshooting and collect information for more complex cases.

  • Collaborate with the Image + Style team as necessary to fulfill requests (tickets).

  • Create digital content updates and turn-key collateral pieces/signs using existing templates to fulfill field requests for activation and communication.

  • Prioritize clear, consistent communication by asking the questions necessary to support the request (ticket) and execute the project in a timely manner.

  • Project manage and drive design projects as requested, in collaboration with the Image + Style team.

  • Ensure all content requested is relevant and correct, reviewing for design, grammar, and Bon Appétit brand voice and/or the client brand voice.

  • Assess the Help Desk on a consistent basis, suggesting strategic updates that keep it consistently evolving and functioning at the highest level to work as a critical tool for both field operations and the support teams.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for great food and food experiences, as well as a basic level of general culinary and hospitality knowledge, and an interest an in sustainability.

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred.

  • 4 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role, either in an agency setting or in-house for a restaurant or foodservice establishment preferred.

  • A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress.

  • Experience managing the design process is a plus.

  • Very strong writing skills, including proper grammar and spelling.

  • Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented. A strong self-motivator with the ability to work at times with minimal supervision, accomplish a high degree of excellence without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills including public speaking and interacting with clients.

  • Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment per Bon Appétit guidelines.
