Canteen has a strong vision for creating a brighter future, which includes achieving Compass Group’s science-based targets of carbon neutrality by 2030 and net zero by 2050. To achieve this, we are investing in another sustainability-focused team member to join our existing group of leaders.

The Director of Sustainability will:

  • Support account managers & operations teams by developing sustainability & wellness centered solutions for new and existing clients

  • Develop and refine communications and engagement materials for Canteen associates

  • Update and manage our internal and external facing sales, engagement, and training materials
