Job Summary

Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here’s what being a part of our authentic crew entails:

• Greet guests promptly in friendly and welcoming manner.

• Manage reservations and seat guest promptly.

• Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.

• Handle reservation inquiries and bookings effectively.

• Communicates effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to manage seating.

• Relay important information to servers and other necessary restaurant staff.

• Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; collaborate with supervisory staff to address issues that may arise.

• Keep the host/hostess station clean and organized.

• Monitor and manage the cleanliness of the waiting area and seating area.

• Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.

• Assist with any opening or closing preparation duties.

• May assist with inventory, re-stocking item, and other restaurant duties.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.

• Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or related customer facing role experience preferred

Physical demands:

• Occasionally lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

• Frequently ascend/descend stairs.

• Frequent standing and walking.
