We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are ready to create memorable moments as a Restaurants Culinary Supervisor.
Job Summary
The Restaurants Culinary Supervisor is responsible for serving guests quality food and beverage following the company’s standard recipes in Dr. Jack’s on the RoseQuarter Campus. The Restaurants Culinary Supervisor will prepare and cook set menus, as well as supervise all other aspects of the food and beverage operation. The Restaurants Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the training of all kitchen staff in their area. Experience working in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant or catering facility required in addition to previous experience working in a supervisory capacity in a kitchen.
The Restaurants Culinary Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Work Schedule:
We are an event-driven environment; applicants must have the ability to work evenings and weekends, and some mornings. We schedule employees in relation to events booked at the Rose Quarter facilities and property, in both the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
