Pay Grade: 15

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000/yr.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative team member to join our marketing team that will focus on digital communications - Dining, Shops and Services website, our catering website, internal email newsletters and social media platforms for our high-profile technology client. This role will also work closely with internal client teams and IS to enhance our digital food ordering platform and continue to look for ways to elevate the digital customer experience. The role will be focused on digital strategy, storytelling and holistic customer experience collaborating with our Culinary, Operations, and Marketing teams. This role will also develop and enhance the customer experience in our digital channels, and create ROI and KPIs to measure progress. This role will be primarily onsite at the client’s Redmond campus location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Dining websites for Puget Sound including 3 restaurant websites with reservation platforms, ensuring a positive guest experience through digital customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager in building a consistent digital experience across our six Field Sites.

  • Collaborate with internal client teams and IS in enhancing our food ordering platform and advocate for future enhancements.

  • Develop KPIs for digital communications to capture engagement and continue to optimize effective ways to communicate with our customers.

  • Create and design our monthly Dining, Shops and Services newsletters and look at opportunities to increase participation.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team in highlighting our promotions and events through our internal social media platform and look at increasing engagement and participation to support increased sales/transaction at our dining and vendor partner locations.

  • Content creation and management experience: copywriting, editing, story development, etc.

  • Manage assets for the marketing team; including photography and video; stock imagery and booking of photoshoots, working with the Marketing Team as needed.

  • Connect with other Marketing Managers in other National Accounts and Corporate Marketing Team to share best practices and stay informed of current and future trends in the corporate food environment.

  • Presentation support in client KPI Process.

  • Event support (openings, events, tours, promotions, etc.)

  • Partner with IS to continuously beta test new technologies in the environment, as requested by clients.

  • Strong computer skills including all Microsoft applications/products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and more).

  • Other marketing duties as designed depending on business priorities and team resources.

Qualfications

  • Digital communications management experience - creating and optimizing websites, social media platforms, videos

  • Minimum of 5+ years designing and managing high profile marketing programs (hospitality, restaurant or events)

  • Strong understanding of corporate dining environment or restaurant management

  • Experience in digital communications measurement and engagement

  • Passion, knowledge, and appreciation of culinary arts, food, dining, and events

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint/deck creation and visual presentation

  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access and Outlook)

  • Project management and budget management experience

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Manage projects against a plan and objectives to ensure commitments are met by monitoring, assessing, and resolving variances in budget, timing or quality of work

  • Work independently without supervision

  • Self-motivated/self-starter, adaptable, flexible

  • Graphic design capabilities a plus
