Job Summary

Eurest National Accounts is offering an exceptional opportunity for career advancement and professional growth as a Strategic/Facilities Project Manager. In this role, you will be able to oversee impactful projects for the Compass Group National Account. These projects are strategically selected to deliver substantial returns for the company, enhance value, promote growth, and measure outcomes effectively. As the Project Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of major projects, driving the process from inception to completion. This role presents an exciting challenge and a rewarding career path for individuals seeking to significantly impact a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners and field operations

  • Create and execute end-to-end project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

  • Proactively communicate project details across multiple departments in a clear and concise manner

  • Coordinate project activities between team members, while maximizing their productivity to achieve project goals

  • Build internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project

  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

  • Identify, assess and minimize risks throughout the project life cycle

  • Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to the project, including but not limited to, status reports, work plans, presentations

  • Understand team dynamics and adapt project management methodology as needed to ensure project success

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change

  • Assist in developing project management best practices

  • Assist in Facilities based problem solving as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years’ experience of managing large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization

  • Experience in MEP systems and design methodology

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project

  • Experience in CAD based design programs, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Bluebeam preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Travel as needed (5%)
