Job Summary

Hiring Manager responsible for content of Job Summary, with limit of 4,000 total character spaces.

Job Summary: To provide help desk and end user support for the team onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide help desk and end user support for the team onsite

• Game day and event support - POS systems

• Assist in workstation deployments, update, maintenance and user administration

• Provide technical support through ticketing system, email and phone calls

• Install and upgrade hardware and software as directed

• Diagnose and fix software and hardware related issues
