Job Summary

As a Regional Culinary Director at Wolfgang Puck Catering you will have the exceptional opportunity to implement and support the operational maintenance of all food-related programs within your assigned region. You will play a key role in planning and advising business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators. Partners with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles. Monitors and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions. Directs and leads the cross-functional teams. Coordinates financial objective & analysis and supervise for profitability and losses.

Meets commitment to results for all areas of responsibilities. Including but not limited to:

? Innovation, Operational Excellence and Safety

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the opening of new accounts, ensuring that our culinary operations meet and exceed contractual obligations. Will contribute to our outstanding reputation.

  • Successfully builds relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and RA/Compass organizations.

  • Build an exciting culture through growth, development, recognition and rewards of dedicated associates in which they are Proud to Work. Building an effective, engaged, results achieving team.

  • Identifies client's needs, communicates account progress and new Company programs to client.

  • Provide support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met

  • Assist in implementing corporate and regional programs based on sector and regulatory standards

  • Identify and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction

  • Identify and implement training programs to ensure high-quality food and service at facilities

  • Encourage compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized Culinary school, a Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Service or Hospitality Management Program, or equivalent experience in the field.

  • Five (5) years of progressive food service management experience, two (2) in a multi-unit setting

  • Ability to operate a standard computer, including proficient use of MS Office applications

  • ServSafe certified within one (1) year of date of hire

  • Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience in crafting and implementing culinary training programs for individuals with different skill levels

  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
