Job Summary
Summary: Maintains a complete and systematic set of records of business transactions for the assigned business unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Review credit card processing systems needs and ensure proper tools are in place
Organize all reporting financial documents for Concessions sales and Vendors reconciliation
Participate in special financial projects as assigned by management
Assist department with reports and weekly/monthly closing procedures
Manages payroll data reconciling and produces daily/weekly reports.
Other duties as assigned
