Job Summary

As a Sr. Catering Supervisor at Compass Group USA, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee and coordinate exceptional events, including weddings and corporate gatherings. You will collaborate closely with the Catering Sales Manager to ensure outstanding service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and supervise a team of associates in effectively coordinating events, ensuring adherence to service and quality standards.

• Assist in checking set-ups for regular and special events.

• Ensure client and customer satisfaction.

• Stage catering equipment and beverages for daily events.

• Break down events and restore the venue to its original condition.

• Uphold QA/HAACP standards and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of catering experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.

• Experience in food service operations, such as restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.

• Experience in catering events and working with event orders is preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to supervise and train associates and temporary personnel.

• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and day hours based on the event schedule.

• Proficiency in MS Office products and computer skills.

• Associate’s degree is preferred.
