Job Summary

Mary Jane Senior Operations Manager (Projected Start Date: OCT 1)

Join our Team! Levy Restaurants at Winter Park Resort is seeking an experienced restaurant professional as Mary Jane Senior Operations Manager to oversee the Mary Jane Base Operations which include Mary Jane Café a quick serve eatery with limited bar options, Club Car Restaurant a full serve restaurant and full bar, and Pepperonis Pizzeria + Lunch Rock Craft Kitchen & Bar. The Mary Jane base operations serves hungry skiers’ breakfast, lunch and features a robust happy hour daily November - late May. Lunch Rock is a high-volume eatery with a fast-paced bar situated at 11,200’ above sea level on top the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort. Start and end your day soaking in the panoramic views of the Continental Divide during your daily commute with a beautiful chairlift, snowmobile or side by side ride to the restaurant. As Mary Jane Director, you will oversee and provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the dining/bar establishments, both front of house and back of house operations, ensuring overall excellence, exceptional service and an unparalleled guest and employee experience, team leadership, financial management, menu development/adherence and compliance (health, safety, sanitation, company and resort policies and regulations amidst the stunning backdrop of a ski resort. A clean, valid driver’s license is required for this position as transportation to and from the base to the restaurant may require you to operate vehicles or snow machines. Wedding and or banquet/ event experience is preferred. Leaders with proven multi-unit management experience welcomed to apply! Come live, work and play in the mountains with us!
